1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to AlphaDevs Ltd (registered in Cyprus). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms. All service agreements are governed by a signed contract between AlphaDevs Ltd and the client, which supersedes any general terms herein.

2. Services

AlphaDevs Ltd provides software development, cybersecurity, and related technology services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are defined in the applicable signed agreement.

3. Payments

Payment terms are specified in the signed service agreement. AlphaDevs Ltd reserves the right to pause or terminate services in the event of non-payment.

4. Intellectual Property

Ownership of deliverables and intellectual property rights are governed by the signed contract. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all work product remains the property of AlphaDevs Ltd until full payment is received.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. Specific NDA terms are included in the signed contract.

6. Limitation of Liability

AlphaDevs Ltd liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Limassol, Cyprus.
